To the eye, this medium-full bodied, Denominación de Origen Calificada Rioja offers a coloration of red cherry turning on ruby. Crushed rose petals render the bouquet slightly delicate and floral while the sweet, candied red fruits and wisps of pepper round it out. The taste is redolent of the nose without adding much more complexities once on the palate. Nice titillating acidity and tannins.
